About these terms

These terms apply when you book a place on a programme run by The True Troop Consulting Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 16209809) at 148 Mansell Road, Patchway, Bristol, England, BS34 5QX. You can contact us at partnerships@thetruetroopconsulting.com.

Booking and payment

When you start a booking we hold a seat for you for 15 minutes while you pay. Your booking is confirmed only when your payment has been received, and we then email your confirmation and booking reference.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total you pay. The launch rate of £349 applies to the first cohort's 20 seats only. Payments are taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

If you book on behalf of an employer, you confirm you have authority to do so. A paid invoice is issued for employer-paid bookings.

The programme

The programme is delivered live online on the dates and at the times shown at booking. Joining details are emailed one week before the first session. Recordings, where offered, are for your own use and are available for a limited period.

We may make reasonable changes to content or, if a trainer is unavailable for reasons beyond our control, provide a suitably qualified replacement. If we have to reschedule, you can move to the new dates or take a full refund.

Transfers, cancellations and refunds

Transfers, cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Course materials

Materials, recordings and exercise files remain our property or that of our partners. You may use them for your own professional development but may not share, sell or republish them.

Conduct

We may remove anyone from a live session whose behaviour disrupts it, without a refund. Please do not record live sessions yourself.

Liability

We provide training to help you develop your professional skills; we are not responsible for how you apply it on your projects. Our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights.

Your data

We use your personal data as described in our privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
